After this, comes the engineering and planning process where all the required documents for the legalization of the Power Plant will be created and submitted to the different local and state authorities.
The definition of a project developer is very simple: this is the company that put in the planning application, signed the cheque to the local planning authority and submitted all the necessary documents in order to have a valid application lodged.
